Anne Lewis was a fan fiction writer. She is known for being involved in the early Blake's 7 fandom, being the founder, with Ann Harding (later Mrs David Jackson) and Janet Ellicott, of the Liberator Popular Front, and co-organiser of the first Teal Vandor Convention. Her story, "The Initiation," appeared in 1978's Alternative Seven 1, one of the first adult Blake's 7 fanzines. She died in August 1982.
