Otakon is an anime convention held annually in the Baltimore, Maryland area at the Baltimore Convention Center. It is organized by Otakorp, Inc., a not-for-profit organization. The convention features music and anime guests, panels, an artshow, costuming, dealer's room, and many more events.

- The first Otakon was held in 1994. There were 350 members in attendance and 4 dealers.[1]
- By 2007, Otakon had reached attendance numbers of 22,852 and 146 dealers.
