[edit] General biography
Jane Poirot is a teenage girl who aspires to be both an author and an actress. Her penname used to be AIT98 (Author In Training) before changing it in early 2009. Her reason for this is that she no longer considers herself to be an author-in-training, but an almost-professional author, as 2008 was the year that, in her personal opinion, she produced the best stories of her writing career. She plans on continuing to write fanfiction as well as wrapping up some of her current stories, but is now considering trying her hand at original fiction on FictionPress.

[edit] Ships
Jane's preferences leans towards darker pairings, such as Drakken and Shego or Kim and Shego (Kim Possible), Sweeney Todd and Mrs. Lovett (Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street), and Philip Lombard and Vera Claythorne (And Then There Were None). The ships that she strongly objects to are Sean Cameron and Emma Nelson (Degrassi: The Next Generation) because she feels this pairing ruined Degrassi's trademark realism; Ron Stoppable and Dr. Drakken (Kim Possible) because of the age gap between them (Drakken is the same age as Kim's father and Ron is the same age as Kim); and Emily Brent and Vera Claythorne (And Then There Were None) again because of the massive age gap (Miss Brent is elderly and Vera is in her mid-twenties) and also because she feels it would not work logically because Miss Brent is heavily religious and thus would not act on any romantic feelings she may have towards any woman if she were lesbian.
