In early December 1995, Alt.sex.fetish.startrek was replaced with alt.startrek.creative.erotica. The early archive for this site was ftp://ftp.netcom.com/pub/startrek/adult.
As a way to combat spam and as a way to provide access to the stories for those who could not subscribe to ASCE, a companion mailing list was created by Taffy sometime in the late '90's. The list was called BLTS or Better Living through TrekSmut
