Arcana is a horror and dark fantasy convention.

This convention was first held in 1971.
In 2007, the convention was held from October 12 – 14 in St. Paul, Minnesota. The guest of honor was George Clayton Johnson, best known for his work in The Twilight Zone, Star Trek, and Logan's Run.
