Bandsmut

Bandsmut is a zine started in Asheville, North Carolina on November 16, 2007 by Heather Lackey, under the pen name ScrewTheDaisies, and Heidi kaufman, under the pen name Hector Rashbaum. The zine will be pocket-sized and photocopied-and-stapled-by-hand and will consist of short bandfic, album and DVD reviews, gig reports, interviews and more. The first issue will come out in January 2007. Fans of Bandsmut will be encouraged to hand out issues at cons, concerts and anywhere else they're likely to find readers.
The Bandsmut website offers a community for writers, artists and others interested in bands, music and bandfic.
