- By May 16, 2001, Barb was writing her Psychic Serpent epic. [1][2] Around that same time, at Ebony's behest, Barb created a mailing list to post her series to and for discussion of her work.
- On August 7, 2002, the Psychic_Serpent mailing list was founded. This mailing list was dedicated to the posting of and discussion of fan fiction by Barb. The list saw its volume peak in June of 2003.
