Fanfictionaxis is the Livejournal name for Beth Brownell. She created the journal on April 20, 2004 to host updates on her main website Fanfiction Axis, which does not link to her Mighty Ducks fandom but her other fandoms that she is a member of. She was also the co-owner of adultfanfiction.net from August to September 2005. In August 2005, Ayla Olson entrusted equal ownership of AdultFanFiction.net to Apollo and Beth Brownell. She explained that she had encountered some conflicting real-life situations that were not expected to resolve quickly. Beth Brownell served as the publicly-known site owner, while Apollo managed the Yahoo! Groups and remained a silent co-owner of the site. Brownell also handled the moderators and the donations.

This arrangement lasted until September 21, 2005, when Apollo removed Beth from the position of co-owner. This came after fellow moderators, objected to Beth's requirements for their positions because they accused her of trying to steal the site from Apollo, but in fact the reason why was that they did not like the constant demand from Beth to get them to do their jobs in a group AIM chat on Saturday mornings for all moderators, instead they left it to Beth to handle all by herself without help from any other moderators but for one moderator Wolfie. The other moderators refused to do their jobs that they were asked to do by Beth and went running to Apollo till Apollo removed Beth from being co-owner of the site.

Beth since remained a moderator for the site. At the end of August 2007, assisted Amy Feinsilver to retake control over AFF after an illegal hijacking of the site done by the four head mods who removed Amy from ownership after a long absence without e-mailing her to find out where she was at or anything of the kind. She alerted Amy of the take over and assisted Gary at Nexcess to return the site to Amy, promptly putting the four head mods out of the admin panel before any serious problems went down. Beth suggested her own webtech Chana Kennington to return as webtech for the site after Amy disbanded the commitee structure of the yahoogroup to where they would talk about the pros and cons of the tech or the advertisers with Amy being the last voice to say yes or no to what was being discussed.

The site is now running 99.9% better than it did before. The coding is better and with an expert coder retooling the entire site from the previous coder, Dark Avenger who was coding it to implode unto itself. The site is now fully funded by the banners and help from private donations.

Beth is currently working on writing several original manuscripts for which she hopes to have published one day.
