There is a small community of Beyblade fans on InsaneJournal. Parts of the community showed up on the site in response to events on GreatestJournal and LiveJournal. As of May 3, 2008, 2 asylums and 13 users listed "beyblade" as an interest. Below is a partial timeline of Beyblade asylum creation dates.
- On February 11, 2008, the InsaneJournal asylum beyblade was created. [4]

There is a small community of Beyblade fans on LiveJournal. They have been more inactive in 2008 than in previous years as members leave for other services. The role playing community was one of the first to leave the site, having become largely inactive by 2006. Below is a partial timeline of LiveJournal community creation dates.
- On September 27, 2002, the LiveJournal community beyblade was created. [5]
