[edit] Introduction

The main motive for going beyond the rim...there's a heck of a big Taco Bell out there. - J. Michael Straczynski

Beyond the Rim was a small archive founded for writers involved in the yahoogroup of the same name. The group was originally formed as a branch off from The Rest is Silence, a similar mailing list/archive for a small circle of writers who wanted to share constructive feedback on their stories as well as the occasional challenge. Authors involved in the archive included sidewinder, Lori Bush, Rhonda Eudaly, and Nightcrawler. Both television and movie fandom works were represented, including A-Team, Babylon 5, Xena, Andromeda, Young Riders, Homicide and X-Files. Gen, het and slash were all equally welcome.
