Bill Hupe
From Fan History Wiki
Fanzine publisher, editor and agent who worked closely with Peg Kennedy for many years. Together they represented a vast array of fandoms, titles and publishers, distributing their works around the world and publishing a catalog of available titles.
Eventually he retired from the business and left Peg Kennedy in charge, but soon after the agenting business was turned over to New Leaf Press in 1997 as many orders had gone long unfilled, zine publishers had never received recompense for sold copies, and there was a great deal of confusion left unresolved for years.
On Saturday, October 24, 2009, he passed on in his sleep from complications of an ongoing injury.
