• In 2007, Bridgetmkennitt deleted her account on LiveJournal. ^{[citation needed]}
• On August 3, 2007, Bridgetmkennitt created an account on InsaneJournal. [1]
• In 2009, Bridgetmkennitt was a participant in Race Fail 2009. [2] [3]
• In March 2009, Bridgetmkennitt created the "Author Shit List." [4] It was heavily linked to by many of the people involved in Race Fail 2009 so that people could know which authors they should avoid buying books from. The linking came from sources on LiveJournal, [5] [6] [7]InsaneJournal, Dreamwidth Studios, friendfeed, [8] and blogspot. It was also referenced by several professional authors.
• On April 11, 2009, Bridgetmkennitt created an account on Dreamwidth Studios. [9]
• In April 2009, she was an active participant in the discussion regarding the "Great Migration" from LiveJournal to Dreamwidth Studios. [10]

In March 2009, Bridgetmkennitt created the "Author Shit List." [11] It was heavily linked to by many of the people involved in Race Fail 2009 so that people could know which authors they should avoid buying books from. The linking came from sources on LiveJournal, [12] [13] [14]InsaneJournal, Dreamwidth Studios, friendfeed, [15] and blogspot. It was also referenced by several professional authors.

Bridgetmkennitt was the focus of ire by professional authors like Peter David. He was included on Bridgetmkennitt's list because of his February 24, 2009 post titled "Soooo...electing Barack Obama was an act of cowardice?"[16]
