[edit] General biography
Brosle-Cub is a British university student who loves to write in her spare time and has evolved a lot over the years throughout her different works. She was introduced to fanfiction at the age of eleven through the Thunderbirds fandom, and practiced a good deal of fanfiction through the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles' fandom.
Although she has a collection of 'official' fandoms that she has a long-standing love for, she oftens finds herself going through various phases and often focuses on one particular fandom for any unspecified period of time. As a result, her fandoms have varied from year to year, including a signficant loss of interest in the Ninja Turtles which lasted for some considerable time until she returned to the fandom in 2007, having revived her love for it through the 2007 CGI film. As a result of this, her ideas for fanfiction are constantly affected as she is likely to get many different plot-bunnies. Unfortunately, this often means that, due to so many ideas, she often fails to completely commit to just one and ends up writing several, none of which get completed. This is a habit she is desperately trying to eliminate as she feels that it does not make her a proper writer, something she desperately longs to be.
Several of her fandoms originate from her childhood, such as the first Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles cartoon (although she is more familiar with the Hero theme), Danger Mouse and Thunderbirds. She remains extremely fond of all three shows, all of which proved to be a comfort in times of stress, particularly at University. Some of her more recent fandoms are Calvin and Hobbes, Count Duckula, Jeeves and Wooster and Will and Grace. She has experimented with Count Duckula fanfiction, believing it to be a relaxing cartoon option that is not too demanding and has made many friends in the Duckula fandom.
Brosle-Cub's favourite genre is humour as she likes to make people laugh. However, she has recently been experimenting with more mature topics such as angst and so far has been encouraged by feedback. She hopes to develop her ability to write such themes, especially through the Thunderbirds fandom.
Brosle-Cub tends to develop crushes on unique male characters, such as Artie Pendragon (Shrek the Third) and Gordon Tracy (Thunderbirds). This is due to a preference for personality and a more natural appearance, as well as the ability to develop these characters more in fanfiction.
