CON.TXT[1] is a slash-oriented convention first held in June of 2006. It takes place just outside of Washington, DC. The convention is planned for every other year, returning in 2008.

- The 2008 convention is scheduled to take place June 13-Jun 15, 2008 at the Holiday Inn Crowne Plaza in Silver Spring, Maryland.
