Caroline Kummer is a Star Trek fan fiction writer and has been involved in fandom since at least 1995.

Carol has been an Original Series fan since 1966. Her first attempt at Star Trek writing was in seventh grade, when she and few friends produced their own Star Trek comic book. Thirty-five years later, she is still writing Trek while juggling the demands of a full time job as a professional news photographer and running a fifty-acre horse farm. Needless to say, finding time to write was a LOT easier in seventh grade!
