CasusFere began writing fan fiction in October of 2002, in the Mercedes Lackey fandom. In 2004, she branched out into the Lord of the Rings fandom, withe her first complete story. In 2005, she joined the ranks of Pitch Black, Forgotten Realms, World of Darkness, and Harry Potter writers.

In 2006, she took a year-long break from writing, returning in 2007. She deleted her unfinished works that she wasn't likely to ever return to, and entered a new fandom, Transformers.

Since the summer of 2007, she has been active in the Transformers fandom, both on fanfiction.net and on several LiveJournal communities.

Outside of slash communities, she is often mistaken for a guy on the internet. She doesn't mind.
