[edit] History
ConFusion was founded in 1974 as the A2 Relax-I-Con, with three guests of honor (Pro, Fan, and Toastmaster), chaired by Ro Nagey. The following year it picked up the lasting name of ConFusion, while also starting the tradition of making each year have its own title (including the word "ConFusion"), starting with "ConFusion 13" (which was the second year of the convention, 1975). In 1986 ConFusion started having an Artist guest of honor, and in 1995 they added a scientist guest category.
- ConFusion 2009 will take place January 23 - January 25, 2009 at the Detroit Troy Marriott. The title is Cryptic ConFusion.
