David Tennant (born David John MacDonald) is a talented Scottish actor, who is crrently playing The Doctor on the hit British Sci-Fi drama, Doctor Who. However, he will be relinquishing his role as the 900-year-old Time Lord in 2010. He has a large female fanbase in the United States, United Kingdom and Australia. He was born and raised in Scotland, but moved to London to pursue his acting career.
