Dejana Talis is a fanfiction writer, artist, cosplayer, and webmistress. She is the webmistress of Dejana's Starlight Palace and dotmoon.net, and recently took possession of A Sailor Moon Romance from the previous owners. She also enjoys creating AMVs.
