On April 30, 2001, the DracoGinnyFanFic mailing list was founded by StrangerWithMyFace when she could not find any other Draco/Ginny pairing groups yahoo groups. She invited all of the people she found to have written Draco and Ginny stories on fanfiction.net. 11 people joined in the first few hours.

The list is associated with the MagicalTheory.com website.

Volume for this list peaked around September of 2001.
