Elfwreck is a female member of the fan community and has been involved in fandom since at least 2005. She is probably best known for her discussions of religion, and her support of the Organization for Transformative Works.

- On March 30, 2003, she joined LiveJournal. [1]
- On May 30, 2007, she joined GreatestJournal. [2]
- On June 3, 2007, she joined InsaneJournal. [3]
- On December 17, 2007, she joined Inksome. [4]
- On June 7, 2007, she classified paying for religious training as a squick, similar to a kink in fandom. [5]
- On January 20, 2008, she showed up on limyaael's JournalFen, describing herself in the third person as "As mentioned, she's all over the damn OTW discussions. She was active in the Strikethrough/Boldthrough drama, and also occasionally jumps into religious discussions. And she's perfectly willing to be flamed in her own journal, on either LJ or IJ." [6] Earlier that same day, she made a post to her LiveJournal and InsaneJournal about how fan fiction legality fight was similar to the GLBT equality fight. - In October of 2007, she hosted a small "pagan fanfic" challenge in a couple of closed-membership Yahoogroups.
- On January 22, 2008, her comparison to the fight for the legalization of fan fiction to the struggle for equal rights to the GLBT community helped get her featured on Fandom Wank. [9]
- On April 11, 2009, she joined Dreamwidth Studios (under the username "elf").
- On October 1, 2009, it was announced that elfwreck would step down as moderator and maintainer of linkspam on Dreamwidth. This was due to controversy over her handling of LambdaFail.[10]
