Dear purplepopple,
With Valentine's Day coming up (love it or hate it), we thought we'd give you a new way to share and a few ways to care without spending any money.
A New Way to Share
Import contacts feature
FanLib just launched a new sharing feature that lets you import contacts from your email address book to invite friends to view your submissions.
In fact, you can go to any submission, click "Email this to Friends" at the top right, and use the "Add from my Address Book" button. You'll be asked for your username and password, both of which will only be temporarily used to access your address book and not stored.
A Few Ways to Care

Enter member contests
One way you can let other members know you care is by entering their contests. Each week at the blog, schinders highlights member contests in progress or ending soon.

20,000 submissions and counting
Thanks to all our members, FanLib.com hit 20,000 public submissions on Tuesday the 5th. defendernx65 contributed submission # 20,000 to the Original Fandom:
Right now, the more you submit, the more credits you can earn. Have you checked out Creativity Credits? You can earn rewards from FanLib tchotchkes to Fandango Bucks by writing reviews or submitting your original fan fiction (stories or screenplays), videos, or art. Consult the rules or ask in the forums if you have any questions.

Future Contests
We're working with a few studios and publishers to develop contests for writers, artists, and vidders. Keep your eyes open for a movie contest coming later this month...
Until next time!
