- On July 24, 2007, a power outage hit San Francisco. [3] Several sites went down as a result, including LiveJournal, NetFlix, ProBoards [4][5], Puzzle Pirates [6][7] and FanLib. [8] While the other sites were back up quickly, LiveJournal was down for more than four hours. [9]
