I've been poking around other wikis. The front page of Fan History feels like it could use a make over. Any other wikis which look good that Fan History might be modeled after?

A number of other wikis have onsite blogs, hosted on subdomains. Is this something that might be of interest to current wiki users?

A number of other wikis have mailing list for contributors. In association with Fan History, would there be interest in creating a mailing list for fandom historians or for discussion issues related to telling the history of fandom?

Would it be worth moving the minimal other language pages to their own wikis? IE, ru.fanhistory.com for a Russian version and sp.fanhistory.com for a Spanish version of Fan History?
