- On February 12, 2002, the Westlife mailing list westlife-fan-fiction was created. [1]
- On February 12, 2003, Virtues by Mydragonfly was published on FanFiction.Net. [2] It was the first Agency story published on the site.
- On February 12, 2005, the LiveJournal community gg_fic was founded as a place to post Gilmore Girls fan fiction. [3] Pairings that people posted fic for included Rory/Jess, Marty/Rory, Marty/Lucy, Logan/Rory, Luke/Lorelai and Lorelai/Rory.
