ROMANCE PAIRINGS: Ron and Hermione have plenty of potential -- lots of sexual tension in that relationship. I think there's a possibility for Harry and Ginny, although I'm not sure she is developed enough as a character yet for any of us to think she's quite right for him. She had such a small role in POA. It will be interesting to see how that turns out. She could develop into a character that we will all think is worthy of Harry's romantic partner. For now, I don't see any of the females currently in the cast as being quite "up to snuff" (I think Hermione is better with Ron so I've discounted her) [1]

[edit] 2001

  • On January 9, 2001, Ebony coined the term One Big Happy Weasley Family. [2] She will use the term again on January 22, 2001 with the acronym attached to it: "Nah, no-shipping is not a disorder at all! Just a preference. Now, the condition known as the One Big Happy Weasley Family (OBHWF) syndrome... *that's* a disorder. ;-)" [3][4] This term became one used against canon purists, intended to be disparaging. It would later be frequently used by other members of the Inner Circle like Heidi8 and Cassandra Claire. According to various sources, Ebony's creation of this phrase was one of the reasons that users from sites such as Sugar Quill and canon purist would not like her as a person. Despite this, the term almost immediately became co-opted by Ron/Hermione and Harry/Ginny fans as a way of insulting Ebony and others like her by throwing their words back at them.
