According to Heavy Cat's Internet Media Policy, all fan fiction derived from material trademarked or copyrighted intellectual properties of Heavy Cat Multimedia must conform to their license. Their license states that fan fiction must be non-commmercial, appropiate for all ages (not obscene, offensive, or scandalous) and maintain copyright and trademark notices. The following is an example from their web site of such a notice:
