- In January 1995, the unattributed Kirk/Spock story "A Job For The Young[1]" was posted to the Usenet group alt.sex.fetish.startrek, after reportedly having been discovered in an ftp archive.
- On January 26, 2000, Perfection by Minako01 was published on FanFiction.Net. [2] It was the first Gilmore Girls story published on the site.
