Ken Arromdee was a fan fiction writer. He was one of the first people to publish deliberate badfic, labeled as badfic, online in the Anime fandom.

In 1995, Ken Arromdee's widely-known Sailor Moon FAQ began development.[1]
On January 29, 1996, Ken Arromdee released another version of the Sailor Moon FAQ, which he continued developing for several years.[2]
On January 18, 1999, Arromdee posted a piece of badfic to rec.arts.anime.creative. The story was co-written by Gary Kleppe, Mike Allen, Jenny Chan, Donny Cheng, Alan Harnum, Matthew Lewis, Ryoucilo, and Myungsu Suh.
