[edit] Kensuke and Kaisuke
As stated above, Kensuke features Ken as the dominant boy in the couple, and Kaisuke takes this dominance to a more extreme level. In Kaisuke, Ken is the Digimon Kaiser and his personality is more cruel than normal; he occasionally portrayed as a sociopath, even sometimes as a sadist. In these fanworks, darker issues are explored, like rape, torture, and mind control. Apax/Kinslayer's The Mistakes We Make is an example of such a story (WARNING: VERY GRAPHIC).
