According to a post to fan-fiction-addicts@yahoogroups.com by Moira, Cameron Mackintosh Ltd. owns the logo liberretos. If you wish to post that material on your fan fiction or on their site where you house your fan fiction, you should send them a snail mail and ask. Include an International Reply Coupon if you are outside the UK when you send your note. According to that post, they generally give permission to fan sites.
