Meghan Kelly is an anime fan fiction writer who has used the pen name Suppi no Miko. She was one of the original proponents of the E+T Pairing, a movement in Card Captor Sakura fandom promoting a non-canon relationship between the characters of Eriol Hiirigazawa and Tomoyo Daidouji, and is best known for writing that subfandom's best-known story, the fan-novel Icebreakers.
