Philadelphia Science Fiction Society

The Philadelphia Science Fiction Society (PSFS) is a non-profit organization which holds monthly meetings to discuss science fiction and fantasy in various art, media, and literary formats. The PSFS is also responsible for organizing the annual Philcon convention in Philadelphia. Membership is open to all, although annual membership dues are collected and four meetings a year must be attended in order to maintain active membership status.[1]
The society was formed in 1935 by Milton Rothman (1919-2001), Jack Baltadonis (1921-1998) and Bob Madle (1920 - ).[2]
