Purrsia joined fandom in 2001, beginning in the ThunderCats fandom. She began a ThunderCats website under the original title of Purrsia's ThunderCats Fan Fiction, which was launched in July 2001. It is now known as Return to Thundera [1] where any number of fan works can be submitted and accepted.
In 2004, Purrsia also joined the Voltron fandom, where she also runs a fan site and accepts fan work submissions from that fandom as well.

- On June 27, 2001, Purrsia joined Cheezey's ThunderCats Zone message forum. [2]
- In July of 2001, Purrsia launched Purrsia's ThunderCats Fan Fiction fan site, which later became Return to Thundera. [3]
- In July of 2001, Purrsia began publishing chapters of the Signal In The Sky fan fiction; co-authored with Spaced Angel beginning in 2006. [4]
- In August of 2001, Purrsia joined Unicorn Walker's NTRPG at Yahoo Groups. [5]
- On November 14, 2001, Purrsia joined the TCATGR Yahoo Group. [6]
- On February 7, 2002, Purrsia begins inviting ThunderCats cast and crew members for live fan chats or online interviews, beginning with writer Peter Lawrence. [7]
- In April of 2002, Purrsia founds and runs the The Purrsia Thunder RPG, which later became the Olde Thundera RPG. Eventually, she handed the reins of the game to Red Lioness. [8]

- On February 17, 2004, Purrsia launched a set of sites for Voltron; one for Lion and one for the Vehicle version. Both would later merge to become Voltron Central [12]
- In April of 2004, Purrsia attended Empire Fan Fest convention in Secaucus, New Jersey and met ThunderCats voice actors Larry Kenney, Lynne Lipton, Peter Newman, and Gerianne Raphael. She also met up with fans Cheezey, Coldwin, Radric and Pummyra. [13]
- On July 25, 2005, Purrsia joined the current version of the EOT.net forum. She worked as a Team member on the site and later became a Global Moderator. [14]
- In March of 2005, Purrsia is invited by producers to fly out to California and attend a taping for the fan feature, Feel the Magic, Hear the Roar: ThunderCats Fans Speak Out that would appear on the first set of ThunderCats DVDs. Distance and time restraints made the trip impossible. [15]
- On January 13, 2006, Purrsia created the Voltron Fandom Awards group on Yahoo Groups. [16]
- On April 14, 2006, Purrsia joined TCL.org's forum. Purrsia also worked for a time as a member of the site's Team, mainly helping with some HTML coding and contributing a few comics cover images. [17]
- On June 24, 2006, Purrsia creates the voltron_unite live journal community to replace the defunct voltron_force. [18]
- In July of 2006, Purrsia is asked to help with the special feature for the fourth and final set of ThunderCats DVDs, along with fellow fans thezaxxfactor and tcatartist. During a conference call, the fans help develop the trivia questions used in the interactive game feature, Thundercats Ultimate Adventure and all three receive a special thanks notation in the feature's ending credits. - On July 27, 2007, Purrsia helps Omicron launch Thunderpedia, a wiki for the ThunderCats show, and donates web hosting and a domain to the cause. [20]
