Rae Logan is a fan of many things, but her top favorites are the Sonic the Hedgehog, Garfield, Calvin and Hobbes, Naruto, Code Lyoko and Teen Titans series.

Rae Logan was born on June 12, 1990, in Multnoma County, Portland, Oregon. At the age of 9, she moved to San Diego California to live with her grandmother and older brother. Her grandmother adopted her in a few years, and at the age of 13, she was now Rae Logan's mom.

Rae Logan was first introduced to the Sonic the Hedgehog fandom at the age of 2, when she first figured out ow to pick up a controller. The game in question was Sonic the Hedgehog 2 for Sega Genesis, where she first played as Miles "Tails" Prower, Sonic's sidekick and adopted little brother. That sparked Rae Logan's like of the series, foxes, video games, and strangely... the number 2, which would be worked as a plot device in her later Sonic fanfics.

After a rough in between of years, Rae Logan lost track of the Sonic series around the age of 7, and soon embraced other fandoms when she assumed the series was ended. Garfield, Calvin and Hobbes, and Teen Titans were her main favorites until she met Fire Tip (Also known as Kyrenoria on DeviantArt) in early 2005 in her sophomore year of high school (Fire Tip was a freshman at the time.).

It is said that the two met during lunch time, and Rae Logan, having always been an outcast because of her interests, and at the time was most into her Teen Titans fandom, was asked by Fire Tip, who was a Sonic fan, and followed the series for years, about the show Rae Logan liked.

Rae Logan and Fire Tip became fast friends, and remain such to this day. It was also Fire Tip who reintroduced Rae Logan to the Sonic series, and not long after, the two, along with their other friends, began creating fancharacters for Sonic.

Fire Tip designed the original fancharacter version of Rae Logan, which would became not only Rae Logan's avatar, but her main fancharacter that would begin to pop up in her fanfic series "Teaching Darkness", which is focal on a lesser known Sonic character, Mephiles the Dark.

Since her reintroduction to the Sonic Series, Rae Logan has made fast work of attempting to play all the games from front to finish, collecting as many items as she can get her hands on, and (her favorite) obtaining the Sonic comics published by the Archie comic company.

Her best noted achievements and other facts in the Sonic fan community are:

  • Getting fanfiction.net to create a category for Mephiles the Dark, a villain in the 2006 self titled Sonic the Hedgehog game.
  • Creating the first fanfic series for Mephiles the Dark, and being among the first to portray him as a victim.
  • Having met a Sonic Comic Writer three times in a row at the San Diego ComicCon, and getting a few signed comics and a couple prints (Ken Penders). Most recently, Rae Logan also met Ron Lim, who is one of her favorite artists that contributed to the comics. She was pleased to know that the issue that she had purchased and had signed by Ken Penders was also on that Ron Lim had illustrated and did the back ad to. He signed it as well.
  • Having her gaming opinion based on more than just gameplay and graphics. Her favorite games tend to the most poorly rated.
  • Not pairing her fancharacter with her favorite character, stating that it was not only a problem in age difference, but quite a stupid idea, because she was well aware that her favorite character was not interested in any characters at all.

At the age of 15, she was diagnosed with Asperger's Syndrome.
