Reeve is the host and news editor of The Final Fantasy VII Citadel, which opened in 1998.

Reeve joined the Final Fantasy VII fandom in 2000, becoming a regular at the Final Fantasy VII Citadel's forums. She later joined the staff of the site, eventually serving as its webmaster from April 2004 until May 2008, and has hosted the site from 2004 up until the present day. As webmaster, she expanded the site to cover Advent Children and other FFVII spinoffs, and added guides, press releases, artwork, and plenty of other content.

Her first fanfic, a fourteen-chapter epic titled Blue Shinra was a collaborative effort of sorts using a well-loved roleplay at the Citadel as it's basis. A site called The Blue Shinra Project was created and launched on February 2, 2002 to house the fanfic and other fanworks. In the past, it has also hosted fanfiction by Empy Claw and Vincent's Angel, but after the last site revamp, now solely hosts Reeve's work.

Aside from fanfiction and fanart, Reeve's other projects include an anime shopping guide covering New York City, New Jersey, and Philadelphia; a character shrine for Cait Sith and Reeve; and a Front Mission fanlisting. Some now-defunct sites which Reeve founded were ShinraTours (a "Shinra tourist guide" which predates the Blue Shinra Project), Otakingdom (a GAINAX webring), and the Final Fantasy Wiki (the first of its kind, predating the Wikia incarnation).

Other than Final Fantasy VII, Reeve is also active in general video game fandom. She was also active GAINAX and FLCL fandom for awhile, but has since left them.

In 2007, she married Cyrus Dogstar, a now-former Citadel staff member whom she first met via the site's forums, when he was the administrator.

Aliases: Reeve has also been known to go by Blueshinra, R. Kasahara, and Reeve Kasahara. The "Kasahara" last name was added in 2006.
