Sirius/Remus is the pairing of Sirius Black and Remus Lupin from the Harry Potter books/films.

Harry Potter characters Sirius Black and Remus Lupin are often slashed together. This relationship is commonly refered to simply Sirius/Remus, but occasionally is called Puppy Love or Puppyshipping (as both can change into canines). Other names given to the pairing are The One True Way (given by fans who argued they were a canon couple, after the release of Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban) or Wolfstar (as Remus transforms into a wolf and the star that Sirius is named after is also called the Dog Star).

• December 2000 ended with Cassandra Claire implying on HP_FanFiction that her story might become a slash story. [1] The following extract gives that clue:

* Cassie ponders about where to fit a / into DS.* My favorite pairing

after Harry/Draco (which I really can't make work) is Remus/Sirius,

and Sirius needs to marry Narcissa so H&D can stay related, and

anyway, Remus has been turned, possibly permanently, into a big wolf.

That leaves Ron, I guess, available for.....um.....well, we'll see.

• grins* The Ron/Draco knife-throwing scene I believe started out as a

response to the Teenage Witches who asked for a scene with Ron and

Draco where Draco starts taking off his clothes. They tend to ask for

peculiar things, but then they are peculiar people. ;)[2]
