Ryan Matthews

Ryan Matthews was a fan fiction reader, writer and all around fannish guy. He is important in the Anime fandom for several notable things he did. In June of 1991, "Big Bang" became the first piece of fan fiction posted to rec.arts.anime. The story was written Ryan Matthews. The piece was based on the Anime, Dirty Pair. ( Wood ) In 2002, he officially quit writing fan fiction. ([1])
Ryan is married to Anne Packrat. He is retired as an anime fan, but he still enjoys watching anime and talking about the good ol' days of anime fandom. Depending on circumstances you may still be able to find him at Anime Expo in California.
