Ryoucilo was a fan fiction writer. He was one of the first people to publish deliberate badfic, labeled as badfic, on-line in the Anime fandom. On January 18, 1999, he posted a piece of badfic to rec.arts.anime.creative. The story was co-written by Gary Kleppe, Mike Allen, Jenny Chan, Ken Arromdee, Donny Cheng, Alan Harnum, Matthew Lewis, and Myungsu Suh.
