- On September 25, 1987, Beauty and the Beast premiered on CBS.
- By September of 1993, drabbles had become such a mainstay among Whovians that a professional book of Doctor Who drabbles was published. David Howe and David Ware were the editors of the this book aptly titled "Drabble Who."
