ta1nt3d1uv has been a member of the fan fiction community since the end of 2000/beginning of 2001. On her long term Pirates of the Caribbean stories she has a co-writer named Jen.

ta1nt3d1uv is also the creator of a website titled Fan Fiction Magazine.

Below is a partial timeline of this author's involvement in fandom.

  • The author first discovered fan fiction when she was looking at Buffy the Vampire Slayer fansites in the summer of 2000.
  • She wrote Buffy the Vampire Slayer fan fiction up until 2002, when she began writing fan fiction for Charmed and X-Files. However, after a few months she took a hiatus from writing.
  • In December, 2003, the writer began her first co-fic and began writing for the fandom of Pirates of the Caribbean
  • In the fall of 2006, the author began writing Supernatural stories. However, the first chapter of her story Better Off wasn't published until December, 2006.
  • In January, 2007, she began her first 4400 fan fiction. It was never published.
  • In July, 2007, she put her second 4400 fan fiction on fanfiction.net, titled Least Expected. It was the first, and so far only, 4400 fan fiction of hers online.

ta1nt3d1uv began with cannon-ships in her stories and then drifted towards original character pairings with the main character. More recently, she stopped writing about romantic relationships as much, but still does bring in original characters. However, one place where she cannot avoid relationships is in the fandom of Pirates of the Caribbean in which the pairing can go any way.
