Taiora is a fan-created name for the relationship between Yagami Taichi and Takenouchi Sora from the Digimon anime. This pairing is the most popular het couples in Digimon 01/02, along with Mimato and Takari. Battles between fans of these ships were a common occurrence during the run of the show. Some fans still fight over it at other sites.[citation needed]

Many people would argue that they fight a lot, but the truth is, an arguement is normal in every relationship, be it friends, a boyfriend girlfriend relationship or even a married couple. I would say that I love the relationship between these two because they have had a lot of things in common. They both play soccer. Sora was even in Taichi's soccer team, and they were always on the field together. Even though Taichi was at first very stubborn and hot-headed, he showed how much he cared about Sora through not his words but his actions. There were also times that Sora did the same for him. This just goes to show that Taichi and Sora have been the best of friends since their early childhood, and because of that, they have shared this incredible bond that is impossible to break.[1]
