[edit] Content moving

Some of the information on Fan fiction archives needs to be moved to this page. Must do that later or some one else can do it. :) Either works. --Laura 04:05, 14 October 2007 (CDT)

[edit] Categories

The current goal is to sort archives by category rather than having 300 categories in one big category. Hence, the categories there before were correct. --Laura 23:16, 19 October 2007 (CDT)

[edit] Article neutrality

Can the neutrality of this article be worked on? And citations be added where appropriate? --Laura 14:43, 2 December 2007 (CST)

Most of what was posted originally was copied straight from the site Adultfanfiction.net's news page without permission. I have edited it to make the page look proper and correct. --Solaris 20:47, 2 December 2007 (CST)
Yeah, I kind of just totally rewrote the Archive History section, although since I'm pretty unfamiliar with this wiki's policies re: sourcing I didn't link to the 15~ archive.org pages I referenced off of-- I could add those, if needed. Not really sure if this makes it more or less POV (I am one of the current mods, so there is kind of a conflict of interest, I guess) but it links to the two major forum threads about this, one by the resigning moderators and one feat. posts by Jaxxy & co. --xax 02:45, 3 December 2007 (CST)
Citations and references really need to be added to this article because otherwise much of it reads as original research, as noted below. So links to places where discussions took place, screencaps, anything like that would help improve both the reliability and hopefully the accuracy of the page.--Sidewinder 14:08, 30 May 2008 (EDT)
This source was suggested as a place for people looking for citations to help improve the article. Not necessarily the best but a good starting point. --Laura 16:10, 30 May 2008 (EDT)
No, it's not the best source, but at least it has a copy of Jaxxy's letter in it. --Lady Macbeth 22:29, 14 June 2008 (CDT)
I went through the entire article and changed the biased language to NPOV language. I also flagged everything that needs citations and added link tags to peoples' names, so that if any of them have pages on this wiki, it will link to them. Please let me know if there are any further concerns about the neutrality of this article; if there are not, I think that the NPOV tag can be removed. --Lady Macbeth 22:29, 14 June 2008 (CDT)

[edit] Citations needed

Fan History doesn't mind original research. Heck, we encourage it... but this article is really lacking in sources. The lack of sources make the article seem really biased and/or inaccurate. Some sources really should appear to help support that. If anyone has any caps to demonstrate what was doing on, upload them please. Just need to get the citations in, or some way to make it less anonymous, no sources, hard to substantiate what was going on. --Laura 13:08, 30 May 2008 (EDT)

[edit] Do not remove content without explaining why on Talk Page

This article has been locked except for editing by registered users. Anonymous users have repeatedly been removing content and links without explaining why such material should be removed. If there is some actual inaccuracy in the material, please use this Talk Page to discuss the matter first, instead of simply deleting content. Otherwise admins will simply rollback the edits and block users who are not following wiki protocol.--Sidewinder 14:10, 29 January 2009 (UTC)
