Most of the citations in this article link to the forums at http://www.khazaddum.com/, a site that was taken down by the owner in July of 2007. [1] I was never part of that community though I know a few people who were. I know some people were trying to save archives but I haven't heard about the material being posted elsewhere.  :( What do you think should be done about this? -Sophinisba, Sept. 29, 2007

I've been leaving dead citations in. That's where those comments were said and while they might be gone, it at least gives people an idea of where they were originally and at least an idea of where to theoretically start looking if they want to do a follow up on that information. :/ If there was a way to remove the cites/broken links while preserving that, I'd be happy to do it. (And I should probably install the citation extension for MediaWiki to making doing wikipedia style cites easier.) --Laura 21:39, 29 September 2007 (CDT)

[edit] Tolkien languages

This thread which is mostly completed unrelated to Lord of the Rings mentions that there are a number of fandom language communities based on Tolkien's work. Does anyone know enough to integrate that information into the current article? Should they be placed on new articles? :) Thoughts? Help? :) --Laura 22:34, 16 January 2008 (CST)
