"Influential Stories" is in severe need of revision -- those fics may be familiar to Naruto fans on FFN, but I'm on Livejournal and I've never heard of a single one of them. None of them are fics I've seen people talking about or voting for in contests/awards on Livejournal and on TONFA either. I'd say outside the FFN-only userbase, most likely they're not famous at all. The only reason fics like that accumulate zillions of reviews is because they're multi-chapter and so the same people come back to review multiple times. --76.0.25.206 16:27, 15 December 2007 (CST)

But then that leads to the question of what makes an influential story. Counting the reviews is one way, but the flaw in that has already been pointed out. I could add suggestions of what I think should be on the list, but I also know that my taste in fics is not shared by everyone and that most would be rejected.
