May I make the suggestion that the charts and graphs concerning searches for 'Transformers' be dumped? I can't see how they're exceptionally valid since there are 'transformers' out there unrelated to the fandom (as in, the electrical system items). I'm not going to argue that there aren't more male fans than female, I just don't see how the charts and graphs are 'good' data. I suppose it helps if I sign. Kalloway 11:05, 24 April 2008 (EDT)
- That's fine. I probably put them in because finding any sort of data regarding gender participation in parts of fandom is a hot button issue and very few places where there is any data. (I'm also a visual learner so I like charts.) If it could be worded to discuss that in some better way than I'm all for it. --Laura 11:11, 24 April 2008 (EDT)
