_tangledstars is a livejournal community for fan-fiction about Foo Fighters and connected bands and side projects, including Queens of the Stone Age, Nirvana, Jackson United, Me First and the Gimme Gimmes, Face to Face (band), Lagwagon, Fat Wreck Chords and others.

_tangledstars was created on February 24, 2005. After the deletion of foovanafics, it became the primary livejournal community for Foo Fighters-centric fan fiction. The most popular pairing posted is Dave/Taylor, although there have occasionally been postings and complaints from the community moderators about this pairing being "too popular" and encouraging the submission of other pairings instead.
As of November 2007 there were 84 members of the community.
