• On July 16, 2004, the MySpace group TheOCgroup was created. [3] As of August 19, 2007, it has 31325 members.
• On November 6, 2004, the LiveJournal community oc_greatness was created. [4]
• On March 4, 2007, After The Fall by icicles was the first The O.C. story published on FanLib.
