Announcement for Cast Autograph/Photograph opportunities:
Attention all Twihards! TwiCon’s autograph and photograph opportunities with the cast of the Twilight and New Moon movies will be going on sale! Here’s how they will work:
Autographs: Autographs for each attending cast member will be available for reservation on Friday, June 19, at 11:59pm EST. Each attendee can sign up for one free autograph at that time. To reserve your free autograph, login to your registration account and go to the Agenda section. You will only be given the option of selecting one cast member. Don’t worry; once everyone has had time to select their free autograph, we’ll be offering autographs for sale for those cast members who have more time and autographs available.
Christian Serratos will be offering for-sale autographs only, but that also means you are almost guaranteed at least one additional paid autograph (unless she sells out, of course). The sale of the remaining autographs will begin Friday, June 26 at 11:59pm EST. At that time, you may login to your account and see who is still available. If you don’t see a cast member’s name, it means they are sold out. Autographs for purchase will be $16 each - which includes a headshot photo of your selected cast member. Again, you’ll be given only one option to choose from due to the number of attendees versus the number of autographs available. Start thinking about your choices and be ready to sign up at the time reservations are available.
The autograph session will operate as follows:
Times and location of the autographing session, along with the time attendees may begin lining up, will be included in your program upon check-in at the registration desk. Organized lines will be formed for the cast in order to minimize wait time. Each attendee will be given color-coded tickets that represent the cast member from which they will be receiving an autograph. The ticket will be handed to the cast member’s handler along with your item to be autographed (see below for restrictions). The cast member will sign your item and the handler will hand it back to you. You will then need to move along to your second autograph, if you have one, as quickly as possible. You’ll be directed by the TwiCon staff in the autographing area about where to go. Autographs are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
Restrictions: You may not take posed pictures with the cast or ask the cast for hugs, kisses, etc. You may not give gifts, cards or packages to the cast at any time during the conference. You may only present a book, picture, small poster or other similar paper item to the cast to be autographed (i.e. no shirts, bags, body parts or other unusual objects). Personalization of autographs is not possible due to time constraints. Please be considerate that the line behind you will be quite long and it is imperative to keep it moving quickly. If you linger with the cast member signing your item, his or her handler will not hesitate to move you along.
Photographs:
We are pleased to offer a fantastic opportunity to have your picture taken with a Twilight/New Moon cast member by a professional photographer. Photographs will be available for purchase on Friday, June 26, at 11:59pm EST. You will need to login to your registration account and select the cast member of your choice in the Merchandise section. There are only 65 photographs available per cast member. For that reason, only one photograph is available per attendee. As with all other add-on events at TwiCon, you must be paid in full to purchase a photograph with the cast. Photographs with a cast member are $40 each and include a high quality, professional 8x10 color print. They will be printed the same day and you may use them for the autograph session later in the day. Photographs are non-transferrable and non-refundable.
Restrictions: Remember to take off your badge just before you have your picture taken (but do bring it with you, as you will still need to show your badge to be admitted into the photographing rooms). As with the autograph session, you may not present gifts to the cast, and you may not ask for hugs, kisses, marriage, etc. These requests only make the cast uncomfortable and are unfair to expect from them. You may not bring bags into the photography room. There will be a secure holding area where you may leave any bags you have until your photo is taken, which will take about 30 seconds. You may not bring cameras into the photography room, no exceptions. Do not linger in the photographing area, as there are people that will be waiting behind you.

Saturday, August 1:
Billy Burke - Photograph session 11am-12pm ($40 each), Autograph session 2:45pm-5:30pm (free and purchased)
Peter Facinelli - Photograph session 11am-12pm ($40 each), Autograph session 2:45pm-5:30pm (free and purchased)
Ashley Greene - Photograph session 10am-11am ($40 each), Autograph session 2:45pm-5:30pm (free and purchased)
Jackson Rathbone - Photograph session 11am-12pm ($40 each), Autograph session 2:45pm-5:30pm (free and purchased)
Christian Serratos - Photograph session 11am-12pm ($40 each), Autograph session 2:45pm-5:30pm ($16 each, paid autographs only)
Mike Welch - Photograph session 10am-11am ($40 each), Autograph session 2:45pm-5:30pm (free and purchased)
