[edit] Fan Fiction
The U2 fan fiction community is small and closely-knit. The writers are overwhelmingly educated and inventive, and the community consistently produces ambitious work. U2 fan fiction has a history that is nearly as vibrant, yet generally harmonious, as the band itself, with each band member being portrayed colorfully and distinctively.
U2 fan fiction writers benefit from the extremely fan-friendly attitude of the band, whose real-life adventures and highly demonstrative relationships with each other provide endless inspiration for the fandom.
